Avocado Toast With Egg


• Ingredients:
• - 1 ripe avocado
• - 2 slices of whole grain bread
• - 2 eggs
• - Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, microgreens, feta cheese, or hot sauce 

Instructions:
• 1. Toast the slices of whole grain bread until they are crisp and golden.
• 2. While the bread is toasting, cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
