Hash Brown & Egg Casserole Recipe



Ingredients:

- 4 cups frozen hash browns

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled

- 6 large eggs

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- Fresh chives or green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon or sausage. Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

4. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture in the baking dish, making sure it is evenly distributed.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped chives or green onions for garnish.
