Mason Jar Salad

Spinach Omelette

 


Ingredients:
• - 3 eggs
• - 1/4 cup of chopped spinach
• - 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
• - 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
• - 1/4 cup of diced onions
• - 1 tablespoon of butter

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.

3. Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the onions are translucent.

4. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.

5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the bottom is set.

6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the omelette and fold it in half.

7. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.

8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious spinach omelette!
