Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, diced avocado, baby spinach leaves, and red onion.
2. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts over the salad.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and extra virgin olive oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing strawberry and avocado salad!
